Supporting people in learning skills to help deliver accessibility content or being aware of their responsibilities is very important. This section is small now but we hope to be able to grow this with more links to training resources and information in future.

Teaching Accessibility

There are various pieces of work going on to improve accessibility in teaching. Chief among which is the research study headed by Dr Sarah Lewthwaite, but also included in this section is information on what the University of Kent are doing and a copy of lecture slides.

E-learning

We have also delivered a short e-learning module to staff on the new regulations that covers:

• When the regulations come into force
• Organisation and staff responsibilities
• What to do about existing and new websites
• Exclusions
