Most organisations publish video content on their websites. The regulations make clear that video content created before September 23rd 2020 is exempt. However we feel it is important to start changing practices now and aim for all future video content to be accessible.

The Kent County Council Digital Team have created a handy guide to making videos accessible which is aimed at staff responsible for the video content. This guidance goes into detail about captioning and transcripts, using the youtube auto captioning and how making video content accessible fits in with organisations responsibilities.
